One important thing to prepare before the day of the event is making the 'run of the show.' As we didn't actually get to do this due to the whole pandemic thing, there isn't much to share. Also, using #gapanalysis, there is no need to duplicate already existing work!
You should just look at the. Just know that you should do this at some point.
You should also check we wrote to get an idea about possible logistical considerations for the day. Based on your venue of choice, a lot of these should be handled for you by the site, but still, they are helpful to think about.
